If the delivered goods do not correspond to the one ordered by you, please let us know by sending an email to sales@noma-shop.com. We will replace the goods immediately and the costs will be at our expense.
You also have the right to return the purchased goods within 14 days from the date of delivery, without the need to state a reason. However, you are obliged to return the goods undamaged and in the same state as when you've received them. The goods must be new and returned with all labels and in original packaging.

The right to return goods does not apply in the following cases:
- custom made products made according to the requirements of the consumer or at his individual request;
- for the supply of goods which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are subject to rapid deterioration or which are in danger of deteriorating;
- for goods damaged and / or altered after the moment of their receipt;
- for goods whose original packaging is damaged or missing. The packaging, the integrity of which has been damaged in a way that only allows its separation from the goods, shall not be considered damaged;
The return of the product is done through a courier company, at the expense of the client. Replacing one item with another is also at the expense of the buyer. Noma Shop guarantees the return of the amount paid by the user, without the value of the courier service for the return of the product.
